Nease Indoor Percussion

percussion

Nease’s indoor percussion program is a group that travels throughout Florida and the country to compete in state- and nation-wide competitions and get the school’s name heard. Indoor percussion consists of both percussionists and band members who have learned percussion instruments to play in indoor percussion. This group consists of marching battery and a front ensemble, as well a visual ensemble or visual cast. Nease has traveled to Mississippi, South Carolina, and Ohio, as well as many other places in Florida to showcase their talents. Nease is a one-time Open Class Gold Medalist (2014), with their program “Icarus”, and a one-time WGI Open Class World Finalist with a finish of 14th place (2015), with their show “Spinning Gold”.
